Support for individuals
People seek counselling for many different reasons. You may be dealing with a specific experience, struggling with how you have been feeling, or simply recognising that you need some support.
Counselling provides a safe, non-judgemental space to understand what you are experiencing and develop ways of coping that are helpful in your everyday life.

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT®)
BWRT® is a modern, fast-acting therapeutic approach that focuses on changing automatic emotional and behavioural responses that contribute to unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
BWRT® can be effective in addressing trauma and PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, stress, low self-esteem, confidence difficulties and unwanted behavioural patterns.
It is a focused, short-term approach that can often produce results in relatively few sessions. Unlike some traditional therapies, BWRT® does not require clients to discuss distressing experiences in detail.
